Many companies call Irvine home including, Mercedes Benz, Allergan, Gallup, Blizzard Entertainment, Broadcom, Western Digital, Braun Medical, Edwards Lifesciences, and Mazda. Higher education includes the University of Irvine, Concordia University, Irvine Valley College, satellites of University of Southern California, Brandman University, CSU Fullerton, and Pepperdine University.

Irvine is home to a population of approximately 220,000 and growing. The Irvine Unified School District ranks among the finest educational systems in the nation. Irvine students lead Orange County in SAT scores and more than 90 percent of their high school graduates attend college.  Irvine has excellent access to all of the area freeways including the 55, 405, 5, and tollroads 73, 133, 241 and 261.

Irvine Real Estate is divided into townships and villages.  Each Village was planned to have it's own distinct vibe and architectural theme. Housing choices include Single Family Dwellings, Townhouses, Duplexes, and Condominiums. Some popular villages include Quail Hill, Turtle Rock, Woodbury, Stonegate, Laguna Altura and Portola Springs.  Many are still in development and have many new housing options available.
